Job Description

  1. Provides daily support in all office administration activities which include office management, ensures the smooth running of the office, and helps to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
  2. Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  3. Monitor office supply levels, and reorder when appropriate.
  4. Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefs.
  5. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation/book-keeping and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  6. Schedules and organizes calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements, travel plans, and department activities.
  7. To support any business activity of SAT Asia as seen fit and necessary by the management.
  8. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.


  1. Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  2. Minimum 1-year experience as administrative & office assistant.
  3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  4. Experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  6. Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Ability to prioritize work.
