Job Roles
- Define problem statements and provide analysis of user requirements
- Provide designs of the solution that meet client’s requirements based on company available tools or relevant solution in the market.
- Review artefacts produced with client’s and delivery team’s resources
- Provide overall training to key personnel of client
- Draft user requirements specification, system design document, software requirements specification and other related documents
- Work closely with the product owner, developers and quality assurance team to provide relevant inputs
- Engage the Change Management Team where required
Principle Accountabilities
- Review potential new or current systems internally and/or with client
- Map the flow of information around client’s business processes and translate it into coherent, usable technology processes
- Present ideas for system and business process improvements, including cost proposals
Requirements
- Qualification in Business Requirements Engineering or related degree
- 5 – 10 years of experience in Software development, and System Analysis
- System development life cycle and process understanding
- Diagram maker tools like Visio, draw.io or relevant.
- Business process automation like Bonita. (good to have)
- Independent, resourceful, and creative
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to guide and influence team members towards constructive outcomes
